    It's not about facts. For them, it's about values.

    They squeeze and pound and beat the poor peg til it passes through the hole.

    Doesn't matter that it's the wrong shape; they acknowledge only the shapes that fit into their world view.

    I think the word "creationist" is misleading. It should be "denialist".
    You need science to create stuff.
